Amid rapid economic and technological advancement, the logistics industry is undergoing a shift toward intelligent operations, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerging as a key enabler of efficiency and innovation. In response to the growth of e-commerce and evolving consumer expectations, AI technologies—such as smart warehousing, autonomous delivery, and demand forecasting—are increasingly integrated into logistics processes. This study investigates the current state of AI applications in logistics, evaluates their impact on operational performance and service quality, and identifies strategic opportunities and challenges. Through literature review, surveys, and expert interviews, the research employs Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a framework of AI enabled logistics dimensions, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to assess performance gaps and propose innovation strategies. The findings aim to provide both theoretical insights and practical guidance for advancing smart logistics and fostering sustainable digital transformation in the industry. |
