This study is aimed to investigate Cosmecutics students' makeup and skincare behaviors. The subjects involved were 36 junior students of Coseumetics department. The data collection tool was a questionnaire designed for the course ''Psychology of Makeup''. Data analysis first indicated that most participants shared a common view that under makeup they felt more confident, cheerful and dynamic and were more motivated to behave themselves. In addition, the results showed that most subjects regarded daily use of skincare products as essential, but not cosmetics. Thirdly, they believed the keys to keep skin soft and smooth were a good sleep and adequate intakes of drinking water, vegetables and fruit. All in all, the research results of the present study were in agreement with the findings of previous studies. |
