This study investigated the learning results and the teaching processin mindfulness-oriented course of health management for general education. The participants were the undergraduate students who attended the course during the 2019 academic year. The research tool included items of the quality of course practice, learningoutcomes, and questionnaire. The results turning out included three parts. First, the theory of this course included four elements: healthy literacy, mindfulness training, relationship with nature, experiential learning. Secondly, the framework of teaching process had changed by three times in order to increase students’ learning outcome and teacher’s professional capability. Thirdly, the students who accepted mindfulness training had healthy literacy including three parts: (1) the promotion of healthy awareness and responsibility; (2) the promotion of healthy life involving the interaction with nature, the concentration on learning goal in order to realize personal dream, awareness of relationship belief; (3) the improvement of damaging health factors including modification of insomnia, being unwell, the awareness of stressful source and modification of emotion. Finally, the research provided related suggestions according to this research findings. |
