From“Lao Zhuang and Life”to Discuss The Inspiration of Taoist Life Wisdom On The Issue of Grand Old Age—Take The Project of The Culture Department of Best Radio Station as An Example

本文受王邦雄與陳德和先生之《老莊與人生》啟發,旨在從道家哲學反思當今臺灣銀髮族老化議題,跨領域與現代傳播媒體業結合,以企劃案形式,呈現道家養生安命面對自然老化的實例。基於此,本文共分二節,分別為:「《老莊與人生》的淑世精神」以及「《老莊與人生》的社會實踐」。前者先論如何體道證德彰顯生命本質,再論老莊式的生命實踐與人格典範,後者將其義理融入「翻轉熟齡舞青春-潮齡美好生活提案」的文化部企劃案執行之。最後,獲得三點結論:其一,「舞」青春,道者路也通達也,透過專訪40集各領域專家學者群,找到銀髮人生階段的通達之道,讓熟齡多方生活面向也能健康「舞動」;其二,「有」(臺)青春,透過老莊形上學生命智慧式的心靈疏導,解消吾人對於老化過程,生理機能越不可控的無力感受,即便形漸不全,也能擁「有」開放樂觀的心態,進而擁抱所「有」學習的可能;其三,「伍」青春,伍乃古代軍隊的編制單位,以五人為一伍的小國寡民,筆者擴張詮釋為創建小群深度情感連結的友伴支持系統,彼此「常照」就不會被長照。本文以探究道家生命通達之道,作為反思老化議題基礎,為即將或正面臨熟齡人生的廣大受眾,提供老莊式的解套方針,使老莊淑世精神除了使吾人生命獲得暢達外,也能暨傳播媒體推廣後,進一步深入社會各個領域,佐證老莊淑世之道。
英文摘要
This article is inspired by“Lao Zhuang and Life”written by Wang Bangxiong and Chen Dehe. It aims to reflect on the aging issues of Taiwan’s senior citizens today from Taoist philosophy. Forming this object as a project through cross-curricular concept to corporate communication media industry to present Taoist health and well-being for those who is and will be facing the natural aging. Based on this, this article is divided into two sections, namely as:“The Shushi spirit of“Lao-Zhuang and Life”and“The social practice of“Lao-Zhuang and Life””. The former discusses how to embody the Tao and achieve morality to reveal the essence of life, and then discusses the Lao-Zhuang-style life practice and personality model. The latter integrates its principles into the implementation of the Ministry of Culture project“Reversing the Dance of Mature Youth - Proposal for a Better Life for Trendy Ages”. Finally, three conclusions were drawn as:The first,“dancing”youth, the Taoist road is also accessible. Through 40 episodes of exclusive interviews with experts and scholars in various fields, we found the accessible way for the silver-haired life stage, so that mature people can also have access to many aspects of life. Health“dances”; then the second,“having”(Taiwan) youth, through the spiritual guidance of Lao-Zhuang’s metaphysical life wisdom, relieves our feeling of powerlessness regarding the aging process and the increasingly uncontrollable physiological functions. Even if the body becomes incomplete, being able to have an open and optimistic mentality, and then embrace the possibilities of learning that you have. Finally the third,“Wu”youth, Wu is the establishment unit of the ancient army, a small country with few people in a team of five people, the author’s expanded interpretation is Create a small group of friend support systems with deep emotional connections, so that each other can“take care of”you all the time so that you won’t be taken care of for a long time. This article explores the Taoist approach to life as a basis for reflection on the issue of aging, and provides Lao-Zhuang-style solutions to the broad audience who are about to or are facing mature life, so that the spirit of Lao-Zhuang Shushi can not only make our lives smooth, but also After being promoted by the media, it has further penetrated into various fields of society to prove the Tao of Lao and Zhuang Shushi.
