Given that the traditional authoritarian leadership model is no longer relevant, the national army is gradually turning to humane management, emphasizing respect for individual values and needs. This transformation is highly consistent with the concept of ''virtuous leadership''. The emphasis placed by the national army on qualities such as morality, responsibility, and communication in the assessment and evaluation of officers and non-commissioned officers coincides with the core dimensions of moral leadership. Focusing on the morality, integrity, and fairness of leaders can effectively inspire the autonomy and professionalism of subordinates. Therefore, this study believes that the relationship between the virtuous leadership of Air Force supervisors and their subordinates’job engagement and organizational citizenship behavior deserves further exploration. The research subjects are active-duty officers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers and hired personnel of the Air Force. A total of 414 questionnaires were sent out, and 408 were valid. After analyzing the results, the following research findings were obtained: 1.
