This paper examines Zhu Xi's systematic discussion of the Analects, mainly from two aspects. First, it discusses the systematic nature of Zhu Xi's four books, the Taoist concepts and the method of reading scriptures contained in them. In addition, when Zhu Xi annotated the Analects, there were nine chapters marked with the theme of the chapter, including ''Xueer'', ''Bayi'', ''Gongye Chang'', ''Yongye'', ''Shuer'', ''Xiangdang'', ''Xiangdang'', ''Advanced'', ''Wei Zi'', ''Zi Zhang'', etc., account for nearly half of the whole book of The Analects of Confucius. This article explains the themes of the nine chapters based on Zhu Zi's statement. Through the above investigation, it demonstrates Zhu Xi's views on the systematic nature of The Analects of Confucius and proves that the Analects of Confucius is a systematic classic. |
