音樂檔案檢索系統功能分析及使用者意見調查

A Study on the Functional Analysis and User Experience of Music Archives Retrieval Systems

本研究以內容分析法分析音樂檔案檢索系統使用者介面（UI），並採用深度訪談法瞭解系統使用者體驗（UX），以探究音樂檔案檢索系統的使用者功能需求。研究結果顯示符合使用者期待之音樂檔案檢索系統功能，包含完整的系統基本資訊、多元的檢索及瀏覽功能、直觀操作的功能介面（如：回首頁、回頁面最上方、字體大小切換等）、線上藏品調閱申請服務、使用及授權範圍說明，並可提供引用來源、檔案瀏覽層級、語言轉換設定等，研究結果提出對於音樂檢索系統功能優化的建議。

This study employed content analysis to evaluate the user interface (UI) of music archival retrieval systems and utilized in-depth interviews to understand user experience (UX) in order to identify user functional requirements. Results indicated that music archival retrieval systems meeting user expectations should include comprehensive system information, diverse search and browsing functions, intuitive interfaces (e.g., return to the homepage button, return to top, font size adjustment), online collection request services, usage and licensing guidelines, citation sources, file browsing levels, and language switching settings. The findings provide recommendations for optimizing the functionality of music archival retrieval systems.
