留學生職涯輔導之實務性探討－－符合日本職場需求的ICT技能分析

Practical Career Education for Japanese Learners: Analyzing Information and Communications Technology Skills Required in the Japanese Workplace｜留学生の実践的なキャリア教育に関する一考察－－日本の職場ニーズに基づくICTスキルの分析

本論文以日本職場環境中有外籍勞動者的181位日語母語者為對象，依產業類別進行意識調查，並分析與探討外籍勞動者需具備的ICT技能。調查結果顯示，除了Microsoft Excel及Word等基本技能外，日本職場也期待外籍勞動者擁有PowerPoint簡報發表能力，以及AI等多元的ICT技能。由於進入日本企業就職所需的ICT技能日趨多元，故本研究結果指出，校方須建構完善的日語學習環境，並提供AI等相關工具的ICT全方位技能訓練，以增進留學生各種的ICT使用經驗。

This study analyzes the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) skills required of foreign workers in Japan based on a survey of 181 native Japanese speakers with foreign colleagues. The findings indicate that, beyond basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, foreign workers are expected to have presentation skills in PowerPoint and a wide range of ICT skills, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). These findings highlight the diverse ICT skills necessary for employment in Japan. We argue that the Japanese educational environment should be enhanced to provide greater exposure to various ICT tools, including AI.
本稿では、職場に外国籍就労者が在職する日本語母語話者181名を対象に、業種別に意識調査を実施し、外国籍就労者に求められるICTスキルを分析・考察する。調査から、Microsoft ExcelやWordの基本スキルに加え、PowerPoint等のプレゼンテーションスキル、さらには、AIを含む幅広いICTスキルが外国籍就労者に期待されていることが判明した。日本企業への就職において必要なICTスキルが多岐にわたることが示されたことから、AI関連ツールも含めたICT全般の使用経験を増やすための日本語教育環境の整備が必要であることを主張する。
