本研究旨在建構一套結合品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)與碳足跡分析之製程優化架構,協助中小企業於資源受限情境下,同步提升製程品質並實現減碳目標。研究以台灣中部一家磨床製造中小企業為實證個案,採用修正式德菲法彙整內外部利害關係人需求,建構QFD品質屋矩陣,轉化為具操作性的製程改善項目。實證結果顯示:產品生產週期由189天縮短至71天(縮短60.3%)、製造成本由64,000元降低至60,500元(降低5.5%)、碳排放總量由1178.03 kg CO₂e降至563.37 kg CO₂e(減碳51.4%)。本研究驗證QFD導向流程優化策略之可行性,亦提供中小製造業邁向永續轉型之實務導入依據與可複製之系統架構。 |

This study develops an integrated framework combining Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and carbon footprint analysis to optimize manufacturing processes in resource-constrained small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). An empirical case was conducted in a grinding machine manufacturer in central Taiwan. Stakeholder needs were identified through a modified Delphi method and translated into engineering strategies via the House of Quality (HoQ). The implementation reduced production lead time from 189 to 71 days (−60.3%), decreased manufacturing costs from NT$64,000 to NT$60,500 (−5.5%), and cut carbon emissions from 1178.03 to 563.37 kg CO₂e (−51.4%). The results validate the practical feasibility of integrating QFD with sustainability goals and offer a replicable roadmap for SMEs toward low-carbon manufacturing transformation. |
