沃土模式之雙語師資培育規劃探究

Exploring the Design of Bilingual Teacher Education Programme under the FERTILE Model

2030雙語政策對臺灣教育體系帶來重要的影響，從國小至大學皆朝向雙語化的方向邁進。在此一過程中，雙語師資的量與質是決定雙語教育推動成功與否的關鍵。在說明整體政策脈絡下雙語師資培育的現狀後，本文旨在提出一個與現行在職教師雙語學分班不同的規劃方案。此一奠基在沃土模式基礎發展而來的規劃，期能觸發更多思考與討論，並發展出符合臺灣學校情境與脈絡的在職雙語師資培育的課程。

The Bilingual 2030 Policy has a significant impact on Taiwan's education system, pushing schools towards a bilingual instruction environment from elementary school to university. In this process, the quantity and quality of bilingual teachers are key factors determining the success of bilingual education implementation. After explaining the current state of bilingual teacher training within the overall policy context, this paper aims to propose a planning scheme different from the existing bilingual training programs for in-service teachers. The goal of this paper is to stimulate further discussion on the bilingual training program based on the FERTILE model and to develop a teacher training program for in-service bilingual teachers that aligns with the local school contexts and the needs of Taiwanese schools.
