With the exchanges and collaboration between Taiwan and Vietnam in numerous fields in recent years, the willingness of Taiwanese to interact and learn Vietnamese has also increased. In response to the rise in Vietnamese instructors, both the opening of Vietnamese courses (including the formal education system and non-governmental organizations) and the availability of Vietnamese teaching materials have exhibited an optimistic trend. In order to satisfy and meet the needs of various teachers and students, it is indisputable that the current Vietnamese materials published in Taiwan are more specialized regarding the quantity, themes/contents, primary learning objects, and presentation patterns. This study focuses on 83 Vietnamese paperback materials produced in Taiwan over the last eleven years (from 2013 to 2023). The development trend of teaching resources, as well as future ideas for the collection of Vietnamese teaching materials. The study showed that: 1. In terms of publishing year, the period from 2017 to 2021 has the highest number of Vietnamese textbooks produced in Taiwan, with an average of eleven books per year. Among these, 2018 has the most publications. 2. In terms of publishing companies, there are a total of 29 publishing businesses that have released Vietnamese teaching materials, with Ruilan International Press releasing the most (22 volumes). 3. In terms of authors, they are mostly self-published, but some are co-published (two individuals, three people, and groups); authors from Vietnam, Taiwan, and other countries are involved in materials writing, and the majority of Taiwanese authors are mainly co-published. 4.
