The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of leisure crafting and work engagement on the retention intention of healthcare workers in the post-pandemic era. In this study, a questionnaire survey method was used and 420 healthcare workers were selected as research samples. Finally, 400 questionnaires were collected, with a recovery rate of 95%. The number of valid questionnaires was 365, and the effective questionnaire rate was 91%. The structural equation model and its measurement model were adopted. The test of overall model fit was carried out. The research results showed that leisure crafting and work engagement had a significant positive impact on retention intention. It is hoped that the findings of this study can provide relevant units and businesses with a reference for management. |
