飛行傘活動參與者知覺風險、知覺勝任與流暢體驗模式之研究

The Study on Perceived Risk, Perceived Competence and Flow Experience Model of Paragliding Activity Participants

本研究主要目的在瞭解花蓮地區飛行傘活動參與者知覺風險、知覺勝任與流暢體驗之間的影響關係，本研究進行的時間為2020年3月7日至5月24日，以問卷調查方式於花蓮地區五個飛行傘基地進行立意抽樣，共發出問卷369份，無效問卷12份，有效問卷為357份，有效問卷率為96.7%。所得問卷資料經統計分析後獲得結論如下：一、花蓮地區飛行傘活動參與者以年輕、未婚、服務業、軍公教為主。二、飛行傘活動參與者其知覺風險與知覺勝任會顯著影響流暢體驗。三、飛行傘活動參與者其知覺風險會顯著影響知覺勝任。依據本研究結果，向花蓮縣政府及飛行傘活動業者提出在活動行銷、活動安全與活動勝任等方面提出相關建議，作為花蓮縣政府施政及業者經營時之參考。

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of perceived risk , perceived competence and flow experience of paragliding activity participants in Hualien. This research was conducted via a questionnaire survey using purposive sampling method between March and May in 2020. A total of 369 questionnaires were issued and 357 valid questionnaires were obtained. The effective questionnaire rate was 96.7%.The results are shown as follow: 1.The paragliding activity participants in Hualien were mainly Young, unmarried, service industry, government employees. 2.Perceived risk and have Perceived competence effects on flow experience.3. Perceived risk has effects on perceived competence, According to the research results above, the researcher made relevant suggestions to the Hualien County Government and the paragliding companies as a reference for the Hualien County Government's governance and the paragliding companies.
