The policy change of opening public schools in the basic education stage to private operations or entrusting private management calls for revitalizing and innovating traditional and standardized education, and increasing the people's right to choose education. From the perspective of the common and public welfare nature of national education, this article examines the relevant laws and regulations regarding schools entrusting private management, and draws on the implementation experience of other countries to put forward some reflections. Concluding the finding as follow: Even if the opening of privately managed common education meets the expectations of a small number of parents, attention must still be paid to the educational rights and interests of disadvantaged parents and the improvement of the low performing schools. Pursue the ideal of ''no school left behind'', build an educational culture and system for school self-improvement, let education reform start from within the school, inject elements of excellence into every school, and create a positive campus culture can we embody the true meaning of commoc education that is shared and prospered by all. |
