本研究旨在探討不同背景國小教師在工作壓力、休閒參與及休閒效益之關係,並進一步釐清國小教師工作壓力對休閒參與及休閒參與對休閒效益之預測情形。本研究以南投縣國小教師為研究對象,採取問卷調查法,運用教師工作壓力量表、休閒參與量表、休閒效益量表等工具進行資料蒐集,獲得有效樣本377份。爾後,將資料運用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé事後檢定與多元逐步迴歸分析等進行解析。
研究結果顯示:(1)南投縣國小教師感受到中等程度之整體工作壓力,以「工作負荷」構面感受到的工作壓力最高;(2)南投縣國小教師整體休閒參與程度屬於中下程度,以「消遣娛樂型」構面的休閒參與程度最高;(3)南投縣國小教師感受到中上程度之整體休閒效益,以「心理效益」構面的休閒效益感受程度最高;(4)不同「年齡」、「教學年資」、「教育程度」及「婚姻狀況」之南投縣國小教師在工作壓力感受上有顯著差異。(5)不同「教學年資」及「教育程度」之南投縣國小教師在休閒參與程度上有顯著差異;(6)不同「教育程度」之南投縣國小教師在休閒效益感受上有顯著差異;(7)南投縣國小教師的工作壓力構面對休閒參與有顯著影響,且具有預測力;(8)南投縣國小教師的休閒參與構面對休閒效益有顯著影響,且具有預測力。
英文摘要
This study aims to explore the relationship between work stress, leisure participation and leisure benefits among elementary school teachers from different backgrounds, and to further clarify the prediction of primary school teachers’work stress on leisure participation and leisure participation on leisure benefits. This study took Nantou County elementary school teachers as the research object, adopted a questionnaire survey method, and used tools such as the Teacher Work Stress Scale, Leisure Participation Scale, and Leisure Benefit Scale to collect data, and 377 valid samples were obtained. Afterwards, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, Scheffétest and multiple stepwise regression analysis.
The analysis results are as follows: (1) In the workplace stress of elementary school teachers in Nantou County was at me-dium level. Among the factors influencing the workplace stress, ''work load'' stress is the top. (2) The overall recreational participation level of elementary school teachers in Nantou County belongs to the middle-low level, and the ''recreational type'' dimension have the highest level of recreational participation. (3) Elementary school teachers in Nantou County feel the overall benefits of recreational activities at an upper-middle level, and in terms of ''psychological benefits'' is the highest degree of benefits. (4) Elementary teachers with different ''ages'', ''teaching years'', ''education level'' and ''marital status'' have different levels of workplace stress. (5) There are significant differences in the recreational participation among elementary school teachers with different ''teaching years'' and ''education levels'' in Nantou Couty. (6) The levels of benefits from participating recreational activities are significant differences among elementary school teachers with different ''education levels'' in Nantou County. (7) The workplace stress structure of elementary school teachers in Nantou County has a sig-nificant impact on participating recreational activities and has the predictive power. (8) The recreational participation structure of elementary school teachers in Nantou County has a significant impact on the benefits and has the predictive power.
