Then, the four signed B&Bs owners were invited week by week to come to the classroom to share their B&B experiences and features in order to match students and B&Bs , and the same time, to establish an academia-industry cooperation type of work-for-accommodation in this course. Secondly, students implemented B&B experiential learning in the 14th week. In terms of teaching evaluation of this empirical courses, the teaching satisfaction of this course has increased year by year in the past five years. Also, the teaching satisfaction and total weighted evaluation scores of the 112-year are higher than those of the whole school, the whole college and the whole school in the average value of the teaching evaluation system. The results of this study can be used both as a reference for teaching optimization and as a continued research direction for in-depth exploration of student learning effectiveness. |
