多階層交通管制圈概念應用於自駕觀光接駁規劃

福興溫泉為南投縣新興國際溫泉觀光特區，為因應未來發展，期望導入台灣最具優勢的「智能科技服務」及「無人自駕車」，打造全國第一個自駕車溫泉專區，使福興溫泉成為國內首座「科技溫泉特區」，成為國際觀光新亮點，並成為未來溫泉及旅宿業者的標竿。本計畫以多階層交通管制圈概念規劃福興溫泉自駕示範區，預計結合周邊觀光景點，開發創新服務，提供旅客於觀光時亦享受科技便利，帶動南投縣合歡山星空軸、藝術溫泉軸及日月潭觀光軸等旅遊軸線，促進經濟發展及增加就業，自駕接駁使用國產電動車輛，以實現淨零碳排的綠色觀光。

Fuxing Hot Spring Zone is an emerging international hot spring tourist area in Nantou County. In order to cope with future development, it hopes to introduce Taiwan's most advantageous ''intelligent technology services'' and ''self-driving vehicles'' to create the first self-driving hot spring Zone in Taiwan. The technological hot spring has become a new highlight in international tourism, and a benchmark for future hot spring and hotel industry.
This project uses the concept of a multi-level traffic control circle to plan the Fuxing Hot Spring Self-driving Demonstration Area. It is expected to develop innovative services based on surrounding tourist attractions, provide tourists with technological conveniences while sightseeing, and drive the Hehuansan Starry Sky Axis, Art Hot Spring Axis and Tourism axes such as the Sun Moon Lake Sightseeing Axis promote economic development and increase employment. Self-driving connections use domestic electric vehicles to achieve green tourism with net zero carbon emissions.
