The self-designed questionnaire is based on the '' prevention and treatment of digital gender-based violence - four essentials and five insufficiencies issued by the Ministry of Education, with revisions made based on suggestions from experts and scholars. The questionnaire is divided into three parts, namely basic information, prevention and treatment of digital gender-based violence - four essentials and five insufficiencies, and experience in use. Using the snowball anonymity system, parents were asked to fill out a consent form for participation in the study, and junior high school students were asked to complete an anonymous online questionnaire, a total of 173 questionnaires were collected, 80 from males and 90 from females. The Chi-square test can be found: To prevent and control digital gender violence, it is necessary to report the other party: even if it is a fake account, let the administrator handle it according to the regulations”(Chi-square value 9.429a asymptotic significance. 009). ''Do not violate your will: Do not force others to take or transmit images'' (Chi-square value is 9.883a, progressively significant at .020) and ''Do not obey selfies: Do not follow the temptation to take pictures of yourself'' (Chi-square value is 6.946a, progressively significant Sex up to 0.31). Women have stronger attitudes than men. In terms of usage experience, it can be found that men have more negative experiences. The suggestions are divided into two parts: educators and researchers. For educators, there are three key points. First, it is essential to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of educators in the prevention of digital gender-based violence. This includes understanding internet literacy, gender equality awareness, online deviant behavior, the virtual world, multiculturalism, and the various forms of digital/online gender-based violence. Second, it is important to promote research-based education on the prevention of digital gender-based violence and systematically establish a diverse and rich set of resources. Finally, cultivating students to become key members in the prevention of digital gender-based violence is crucial. Future research should include understanding the causes of digital/online gender-based violence and conducting in-depth studies on the experiences of males in this context. |
