師資培育政策發展與轉化型素養融入師資培育的作為

Development of Teacher Education Policy and Integration of Transformative Competencies into Teacher Education

我國師資培育政策從師範教育法的計畫型培育到多元培育方向的師資培育法，培育了許多良師。但是，師資培育最終目的仍在於培育出可以有效傳達符合全球趨勢，高內省力，以及具備終身學習自主性的教師。文章後半段提出轉化型素養概念，期能培育出符合OECD 2030學習架構的教師，造福莘莘學子。

Taiwan's teacher education policy has evolved from the planned training approach of the Normal Education Law to the diversified training direction of the Teacher Education Law, cultivating numerous excellent teachers. However, the ultimate goal of teacher education remains to nurture teachers who can effectively impart knowledge that is in line with global trends, possess high internal motivation, and have lifelong learning autonomy. The latter part of the article proposes the concept of transformative competencies, aiming to cultivate teachers who meet the OECD 2030 Education Framework, ultimately benefiting students.
