This study aims to further understand the information behavior of teachers at different stages of their careers through in-depth interviews with six current full-time teachers who have served as surrogates. After the interview, it was found that teachers' career information behaviors have something changed and something unchanged. The part of information needs that information related to school business are the content that teachers have always demanded. But about teacher's recruitment testhas a stage difference. As for the use of information, most of the interviewed teachers are good at using the Internet to obtain resources, but they tend to avoid speaking on the Internet when using the Internet, mainly because the Internet is widely disseminated and there are many users, so the respondents have more concerns about information sharing. |
