This enables them to lead their teams and followers through challenges and apply their principles and concepts in educational set¬tings. This study employs literature analysis to reinterpret and reorganize adversity leadership, exploring its meanings and concepts, developing re¬lated dimensions of adversity leadership, and eliciting perspectives and strategies for its application in education. Finally, conclusions are drawn to provide a reference for future research. |
