一次經驗團體歷程之分析

經驗團體的參與對一位團體治療師的養成是不可或缺的，且此類訓練活動在國內也正活躍著進行，但鮮有相關學術報告，因此本文乃針對一次帶領經驗團體歷程，依團體結構、帶領策略、團體主題、團體發展、團體現象、團體阻抗及轉移與反轉移關係，分別描述帶領過程，其中可見來自同機構之團體阻抗較個人阻抗影響小，運用此時此地（here and now）策略確可增進團體互動與凝聚力達成，團體主題集中可深入個人內心結構探討，團體發展快不易劃分不同時期，成員與帶領者間之轉移關係較成員間之轉移關係易呈現，成員親身參與感受和經驗以及帶領者示範效果評值較高，至於對團體發展歷程領悟，6次團體顯然不足；最後冀望本文能推動建立本土性學術資料。

The academic report relating with experiential group was hardly noted in the nation till now. Therefore, the article intended to analyze and delineate the group through the issues of group structure, conducting tactics, major themes, group development, group phenomenon, group resistance and transference-countertransference. The findings were individual more influential than group resistance, the tactics of ''here and now'' positively facilitating group interaction and cohesion, group theme being focused and able to explore intrapsychic concerns, group developing too fast to be set apart, the transference between members and conductor more yielding than the one among members. Personally participating feeling and the impression of conductor's demonstration were rather valued. The number of six sessions was not adequate to realize group_developing process for member. Finally, the writings hopefully can promote the building of indigenous knowledge.
