精神科復健病房病患參與治療性團體活動之現況研究

本研究的目的在於探討精神科復健病房病患參與不同性質的治療性活動成效。從活動中觀察病患的出席率、發言情形、對活動的參與和喜惡、以及對病況的改善情形。方法：研究對象為某精神科教學醫院男性復健病房病患共四十人。研究時間為兩個月（八十九年二月至四月）。活動方式為研究員以活動紀錄單紀錄病房中三種團體治療活動（卡拉OK、生活討論會、團體衛教）。病患的出席、參與及發言情形；在活動結束後請病患填寫團體治療感受問卷表以瞭解病患的感受喜惡活動對病情的助益。結果：1.病患出席生活討論會的平均比率最高69%，卡拉OK59%，團體衛教50%。2.病患在生活討論會的全程參與率最高。3.團體衛教活動中病患發言情形最踴躍。4.病患對團體衛教活動的喜歡與幫助病情程度較其他兩種高。從上述結果我們得知確切瞭解病患的需求提供臨床護理人員設計治療性團體活動作為參考。

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of therapeutic group Activities applied in psychiatric rehabilitation ward. This study is designed as followed : Subject : 40 male psychotic patients in rehabilitation ward. Steps: 1.Recording the patients attendance rate of 3 different group activities (karaoke group, ward community meeting, psychoeducation group) in ward. 2.Observing the patients participationduring the activities. 3.Applying a guestionairs to understand the patients feedback to each group activities. The attendance rate of each group activity is 69% in ward community meeting, 59% in karaoke group, and 50% in psychoeducation ward. Their participation was more active in ward community meeting than in the other two. Patients recognized psychoeducation group was more helpful to them then the other two. Form the above finding, we can understand better cobat the patients need. The nursing staff was inspired how to design the therapeutics group activities in psychiatric rehabilitation ward.
