星雲大師詮解〈觀世音菩薩普門品〉之考察

星雲大師作品中有關〈觀世音菩薩普門品〉者，有《法華經觀世音菩薩普門品講話》於1953年翻譯日人森下大圓之《普門品講話》及2011年出版的《人海慈航──怎麼知道有觀世音菩薩》作為論述的對象，藉以了解星雲大師如何透過不同的詮解方式向大眾解說、弘揚〈觀世音菩薩普門品〉，落實人間佛教的理念。大師善以平易近人的文字，講述觀世音菩薩帶給自身及信徒的種種啟發。大師並以自身的經驗、信徒的故事、歷史故事、佛經故事等作為舉譬，讓讀者得以透過星雲大師通俗白話的詮解，更加了解、靠近大師所欲傳達之「觀世音菩薩」。觀世音菩薩是大師的啟蒙老師、生活導師；大師則是觀世音菩薩的最佳代言人。大師採用許多不同的詮解方式，讓大眾認識觀音世菩薩，更希望大眾能藉此學習觀世音菩薩的慈悲力、智慧力、勇猛力及管理力。

This course explores how Master Hsing Yun used different interpretations to promote the concept of Avalokiteśvara's Universal Gate and the implementation of human Buddhism. He was good at using approachable words to tell the inspiration that Guanyin Bodhisattva has brought to himself and his followers. He used his own experiences, the stories of believers, historical stories, and Buddhist scriptures as examples so that readers can better understand and comprehend the Avalokiteshvara he wanted to convey.“The Lotus Sutra’s Universal Gate Chapter on Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva”is his enlightenment teacher and life teacher, and the master is the best spokesperson for Avalokiteshvara. He used many different interpretations to let the public know about Guanyin, hoping that the public would learn about Guanyin's compassion, wisdom, courage and management.
