Previous studies have explored the relationship between lifelong learning and flow experience, as well as lifelong learning and psychological well-being. On this basis, this paper further explores the components and relationship between lifelong learners’flow experience and psychological well-being. After analysis, it is found that flow experience and psychological well-being have similarities in the three components of self-concept, goal and sense of control, and differences in the two components of focused attention and interpersonal relationship. The correlation between focused attention and interpersonal relationship needs more empirical research to verify. |
