As we know, human resource is the foundation for public organizations to continue development and maintain competitiveness. Thus, how to develop a complete human resource system, to attract and keep good employees has become more and more important. According to research, it is a trend that organizations provide various benefits to improve employees’living qualities, to encourage their working spirits, to build the royalty for organizations and to enhance their job satisfactions. Recently, our governments already made great progress to improve servants’benefits. However, servants’benefits are curtailed year by year because our government tax income is deducted gradually. Moreover, some people think that servants are too well paid which lead to unfair social justice. Therefore, there is more and more sound to question our civil servants’benefits. In my article, I want to discuss how to use limited resource to create ultimate servants’benefits. |
