探討同理心訓練團體的成效

本文針對未受過同理心訓練的精神科護理人員，藉運用同理心訓練團體性質，了解成員在團體的獲益與成效。研究方法以量性研究法。研究對象共有二十位精神科護理同仁。研究工具以團體氣氛量表（group climate questionare, short form）、團體評價表與獲益量表。團體採半結構型式，團體名稱為「同理心訓練團體」，每週舉行一次，每次達三小時共四次。團體治療者與協同治療者帶領。結果發現成員的投入向度得分為53.1分、衝突向度得分43.01分。逃避向度得分52.42分。投入向度隨著團體次數有逐漸增加。成員參加團體的獲益最高的項次為瞭解情緒與感覺，平均4.33分。次為瞭解同理心，平均：4.11分。瞭解自己自我表達 瞭解他人應用其他溝通技巧平均：4.11分。應用同理心平均：4分。與別人分享經驗平均：3.94分。自評獲益來自治療者高於成員間的學習。本研究可提供專業人員培訓相關訓練團體時，架構團體運作要點之參考。

The study was an empathy training group on teaching the nurses empsthic tendebcy and skill for their interactions with patients. The purpose of this study was to determine how efficacy of training group. The method was used quantitative method. A sample of 20 psychiatric nurses. Instruments group climate questionare, short form 、evaluate scales and Empathy training group benefit scales. The group design semi The researcher is served as leader of semi -structurally group. Total fourtimes with each for one hundred eighty minutes every week. The result that by the process of interaction of each other invoke 53.1、conflict 43.01、avoidant 52.42、The item of member understand feeling (4.33)、know empathy (4.11)、expression the emotion and appreciation communication (4.11)、apply (4)、share experience (3.94)。Accordeing the result of this rearch, empathic communication skill were developed in the intervention group. This is help for clinical group training. Directions for futures studies compare the different group session efficacy.
