心理劇困境之處理：一位心理劇導演之經驗

Dealing with Difficulties in Psychodrama: a Psychodramatist' s Experience

心理演劇被引進台灣已二十多年，在這段時間內，有許多前輩感動於劇場中的真情流露，而在這條導演的路上堅持奮進，有些人礙於現實因素而暫時停下腳步。筆者從民國七十九年當精神科第一年住院醫師起，即參加科內心理演劇團對，在每週一次於日間病房舉行的心理演劇中，學習當觀眾、輔角，進而學習當副導演及導演。

Psychodrama had been introduced into Taiwan for more than twenty years during that time many psychiatric patients and people in the community benefited from participating in psychodrama. However, due to cost-effectiveness consideration of hospital policy, the development of psychodrama in mental institute of Taiwan seems to face a situation of dilemma now. In this paper, writer shares his own experiences of dealing with some difficult situations in the psychodrama processes. The writing format is ''difficult situation - possible solutions'' format. The writer hopes that the content in this paper can invite more open discussion and that more professionals can devote themselves to such fanciful career.
