Servitization of the printing industry needs to be combined with Industry 4.0 industrial innovation. The traditional printing manufacturing industry is facing changes in the global environmental, market recession and price-cutting competition. According to literature from the Department of Statistics, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the production value of printing has dropped by approximately 105.22% in the past 10 years. In such an environment, this study collects Industry 4.0 strategies and stages in various countries, and refers to the production model of the printing industry in Taiwan to deduce the operational perspective of the printing manufacturing industry as to why cloudification has become a solution for printing industry in the changing times. Therefore, this study uses a literature analysis to deeply explore the impact of cloud servitization in the printing industry on production efficiency and consumer service. Especially in the era of Digital Transformation, the printing industry has demonstrated innovative and effective methods through cloud servitization. Research results show that the production benefits of cloud servitization are to enable consumers to quickly obtain goods and to improve product benefits. At the same time, cloud servitization can also provide an industry review of the printing manufacturing industry. |
