影響平版冷燙品質關鍵因素之研究──以包裝盒防偽設計為例

本研究提出從實際接觸平版冷燙技術實務經驗，找出幾項影響品質關鍵因素，同時以包裝盒防偽設計為例，在包裝盒設計中加入了創新複合半色調冷燙隱藏防偽技術，透過實驗的方法，分別以不同冷燙膜與冷燙膠做實驗測試，找出最佳的參數後，以冷燙連線方式加4色印刷完成4種盒型設計半色調冷燙加紅外線複合防偽，經過多次的實驗累積許多經驗值後，證明了選用正確的參數及掌握關鍵因素，印製後冷燙品質可以符合預期效果，總體而言只要掌握關鍵技術與參數，平版半色調冷燙製程非常適合發展包裝防偽技術，同時可以達到量產並做更多商品的應用。

This study proposes to identify several key factors affecting the quality based on practical experience with offset printing cold foil technology. Using anti-counterfeiting design for packaging boxes as a case study, innovative composite halftone cold foil hidden anticounterfeiting technology was integrated into packaging box design. Through experimental methods, tests were conducted using different cold foil films and adhesives to determine optimal parameters. Four box designs with halftone cold foil combined with infrared composite anticounterfeiting were produced using cold foil in conjunction with four-color printing. After accumulating extensive experimental experience, it was demonstrated that selecting correct parameters and mastering key factors result in cold foil quality meeting expected standards. Overall, mastering key technologies and parameters makes the offset printing halftone cold foil process highly suitable for developing packaging anti-counterfeiting technology, enabling mass production and diverse applications for various products
