From the basic livelihood industry to the military industry, machine tools, known as the mother of industry, are all needed to manufacture related parts. Tools are the main consumables of machine tools. The phenom-enon of dulling of the blade during the ma-chining process is called tool wear. Tool wear will lead to problems such as a decrease in tool cutting force and an increase in temper-ature. The decrease in machine processing quality will also lead to an increase in pro-cessing errors, resulting in problems such as poor assembly accuracy of workpieces. The replacement of worn tools is an issue that the industry attaches great importance to. Prem-ature replacement of worn tools will cause problems such as tool waste and production costs derived from tool replacement. Late re-placement of worn tools will not only aggra-vate the machine. If the machining error causes tool breakage during operation, it will not only cause a decrease in the yield of the processed parts, but also cause damage to the processing equipment and affect the production schedule. |
