The Basic Concepts of Analytic Group Psychotherapy: Discussion from a examples of Long-term Psychodynamic Group for Borderline Personality Disorder

Before deeply analyze Concepts of Analytic Group Psychotherapy ,therapist should have rough understanding of Individual Psychology mechanism and have basic knowledge of Individual Psychology treatment. Analytic Group Psychotherapy emphasizes on group as a whole, basic assumption life, behavior of transference and counter-transference to try to figure out individual , subgroups , the group as a whole, and these concepts mainly come from the theory of object-relation.
This article is an example of few segments in a Long-term Psychodynamic Group of Borderline Personality Disorder in order to analyze and explain concepts of Analytic Group Psychotherapy.
