At present, the world is focusing on the concept of ESG. As one of the important indicators for evaluating the sustainable operation of enterprises, environmental protection issues are the goals that all enterprises should pursue. The concept of sharing economy coincides with the spirit of energy conservation and carbon reduction, and its application scope extends to shared transportation, starting with bicycles, and the sharing level gradually extends to non-human motor vehicles, such as electric motorcycles and cars. Coupled with the rise of mobile commerce, many companies will design mobile apps to attract customers to use them, with diversified functions, such as car rental, membership services, promotions, etc. This study combines the two theoretical foundations of value acceptance model and perceived promotional benefits to explore the adoption intention of shared electric scooter mobile APP. The research results show that the promotional benefits provided by shared electric scooter mobile APP are ''savings'', ''quality'' and ''convenience''.”and“value communication”have a positive impact on consumers’value perception. In the future, relevant industry players will use this conclusion as the direction and reference point for future efforts in designing shared electric scooter mobile APP car rental services. |
