The implement of the new curriculum has reached four years, and the practice of the curriculum and curriculum leadership has been in a unstable and diverse situation. A Director of Academic Affairs is crucial to the school’s development direction and culture. Therefore, this research will focus solely on the point of the Director of Academic Affairs in this curriculum transformation. We aim to comprehend the possible hardship and difficulties as Director of Academic Affairs leads or reforms the new curriculum. This empirical study will eventually help not only Director of Academic Affairs, but all the curriculum leadership related staffs in school with new curriculum reform strategies or advancing education development. |
