It highlights the successful transformation achieved through the establishment of the General Administration Division, promoting organizational optimization and administrative digitization. The article employs summarization and interviews to discuss the challenges in academic operations resulting from the governance of multiple campuses post-merger and summarizes the strategies to address these issues. In conclusion, the article provides recommendations for future administrative initiatives in university mergers.
