在科幻電影《人類滅亡報告書》天工開物故事描繪了某一AI機器人悟道後，帶來的挑戰與衝擊。而現實生活中，人類的生存與進步與科技的確息息相關，宗教屬靈的生活也必須迎接相對的改變與挑戰，到底面對AI科技與仿生機器人帶來的衝擊應拒絕還是擁抱呢？本文試圖從佛教的角度，聚焦以下問題：就佛教來說，AI機器人所得的知識是否能藉此產生自我覺醒甚至達到佛教認為的悟道？此外，此高層次的AI機器人如何建構世俗價值觀並給予人們適切的修行指導呢？而AI機器人悟道的意象又帶給人們什麼樣的影響呢？從佛教唯識的觀點來看，AI機器人也只是心識推出自身之外的一種投射？我們又應如何看待呢？

The Heavenly Creature, the second film of the science-fiction series Doomsday Book, portrays the challenges brought by an enlightenment AI robot and its impact afterwards. In real life, humanity’s existence and progress are indeed closely bound up with technology. Religion and spiritual life must also face any corresponding changes and challenges that technological progress brings. In the end, as we face AI technology and bio-robotics, should their impact be rejected or embraced? This article attempts to focus on the following questions from the perspective of Buddhism: In light of Buddhist teachings, can the knowledge acquired by AI robots produce self-awakening or even be considered to be enlightenment? How does this high-level AI construct secular values and give people pertinent spiritual guidance? How does the imagery of AI’s enlightenment impact people? Ultimately, from the viewpoint of Mind-only, AI robots are just the projection of the mind beyond ourselves. How we should view it properly.
