Challenges to and Solutions by the Union Catalog“NBINet”under the Linked Data Development

隨著語意網、資訊科技的發展，圖書編目工作在21世紀出現重大轉變。FRBR、RDA、BIBFRAME、LD等概念相繼出現。值此變革之際，NBINet合作編目面臨前所未有的巨大挑戰。本研究旨在探討圖書編目的發展，尤其是LD技術的出現，對NBINet帶來的衝擊及影響。首先，介紹過去十年來圖書編目發展上之重要改變，其次，探索歐美等先進國家之LD服務相關計畫，接續分析NBINet面臨的挑戰與現階段革新作法，並試圖提出未來努力方向，期能提供圖書資訊學界或相關單位參考。

With the development of the semantic web and information technology, there have been significant transformations in cataloging work in the 21st century. Concepts such as FRBR, RDA, BIBFRAME, LD and others have emerged. This research aims to explore the development of library cataloging, particularly the impact and influence of the emergence of LD technology on NBINet. First, introduce the significant changes in the development of library cataloging over the past decade. Next, explore the LD services projects in advanced countries such as Europe and the United States. Subsequently, analyze the challenges faced by NBINet and its current innovative approaches, and attempt to propose future directions for efforts, aiming to provide reference for the library and information science community or relevant organizations.
