膽道的巨細胞瘤合併阻塞性黃疸及膽管炎

Biliary Giant Cell Tumor with Obstructive Jaundice and Cholangitis Treated with Self expandable Metallic Stent Deployment

巨細胞瘤通常為源自於骨頭的良性腫瘤，而此案例所描述的為罕見的膽道巨細胞瘤合併阻塞性黃疸及膽管炎的高齡患者，經內視鏡膽道引流術及支架置放術後，症狀緩解，在門診追蹤的這兩年病情穩定（無發燒、黃疸及腹痛）。由於膽道巨細胞瘤的良性特徵，其併發症（阻塞性黃疸及膽管炎）可考慮以較不侵入性的膽道支架治療而緩解症狀，取代較有風險的手術切除。

Biliary giant cell tumors are rare. We present a case of obstructive jaundice and cholangitis caused by a biliary giant cell tumor. We chose to deploy a self-expandable metallic stent instead of opting for surgery to alleviate symptoms. The patient showed a successful recovery after the deployment of the biliary stent.
