以JAK抑制劑tofacitinib治療新冠病毒疫苗引發全身性禿髮症

Alopecia Universalis Induced by COVID-19 Vaccine Treated with JAK inhibitor Tofacitinib

新冠病毒疫苗施打後引發的疫苗注射反應，一般常見如倦怠、頭痛、腹瀉、注射部位紅腫、發燒和肌肉痠痛，本文以個案報告介紹一種少見的副作用alopecia universalis，藉以探討免疫落髮性疾病（alopecia areata, alopecia totalis, alopecia universalis）的病理機轉，其中部份和JAK-STAT pathway相關，後續用JAK抑制劑（tofacitinib，捷抑炎）治療，得到良好的治療成果。

Common post-COVID-19 vaccine reactions include general malaise, headache, diarrhea, local injection site reaction, fever, and myalgia. We present a case report about one kind of rare side effect, alopecia universalis, and discuss the pathophysiology of autoimmune alopecia (alopecia areata, alopecia totalis, alopecia universalis). The JAK-STAT pathway plays an important role, and we treated the patient with the JAK inhibitor tofacitinib, and there was a fair treatment response.
