The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between personal background variables, family support, role perceptions, and job commitment among Preschool Educare Givers. The researcher used a self-administered ''Work and Family Perceptions Questionnaire for Preschool Educare Givers '' as the research instrument, and a Google form was used to conduct the survey. 323 valid samples were obtained. The results of the study showed that family support, role perception, and work commitment were each significantly positively related to each other, and family support and role perception were effective in predicting their work commitment. The results of the study are also similar in terms of professional knowledge, service attitude, work ethics, and professional growth at the role perception level. Finally, the study also makes a few recommendations for reference. |
