何海鳴《琴嫣小傳》的敘事聲音

《琴嫣小傳》是鴛鴦蝴蝶派作家何海鳴創作於民國五年的中篇「倡門小說」，是何海鳴較早期的作品，寫妓女與貴家公子的戀愛故事。此書被忽視已久，其實在中國小說發展史上，具有一定意義。本文從敘事聲音的角度加以析論，並略窺清末民初小說敘事聲音的一些情況。
本文認為《琴嫣小傳》具有下述意義：首先它是五四新文學之前少見的，以第一人稱敘事的非以日記、書信等形式，且為以他人經歷為題材寫成的「非自述體」的中篇小說；其次，透過敘事聲音的分析，可發掘小說三個層次的敘事者隱約的展現出「複調敘述」、「女性情感自述」以及「陰性化敘述」等多元的敘事聲音；最後，小說所展現的頽唐感傷的敘事聲調，也反映了民國初年部分民眾的迷惘失望，無所適從的心情。

'Qin Yan Xiao Zhuan'' was a novelette wr itten by the Mandarin Duck and Butterfly School writer He Hai Ming , He wrote it in early republic of C hina. Th is novelette was quite important but had been neglected for a long time .
''Qin Yan Xiao Zhuan'' had some sense in history of chinese fiction. Fir st of all, I t used the fist person narrative, and it was not e pistolary or d iary style, that was i nfrequent in novel During the period of early republic of C hina . Secondly, there were three diegetic levels in ''Qin Yan Xiao Zhuan'', they show the effect of p olyphonic narrative, female emotion narrative , and Feminine narrative And finally, the s entimental atmosphere in this n ovel reflected people's confusion and incompetence in early republic of China.
