The aim of this study is to explore the differences in classroom climates and pupil’s leadership-type which are accounted for by the guidance-classroom teacher’s leadership-type. The subjects of this study, were teachers and their pupils of 6th grade in Kaohsiung City’s elementary schools. Their leadership-type, their classroom climates were investigated by means of Leadership-Type Questionnaire, Classroom Environment Scale. The results of the investigation secured from classification, statistical procedure discussion, and analysis, reveal the following findings: 1.Classroom climates significantly differ owing to the teacher’s leadership-type. 2.Significant correlations are found between the pupil’s leadership-type and the teacher’s leadership-type. |
