There are many old collective housing in Taiwan's dense metropolitan area, and there are safety concerns in terms of building structure and fire escape because they do not meet the current needs. Through urban renewal, buildings can be reborn and meet basic safety standards. Therefore, in recent years, many residents of the Taipei metropolitan area have carried out reconstruction in line with the urban renewal policy. Taking the urban renewal promotion results of Songshan District, Taipei City Urban Renewal Office as an example, there are 63 urban renewal projects in Songshan District from 2012 to 2022, and a total of 23 projects have been completed. Although the remodeled collective housing complies with the existing building regulations, because the building space has been re-planned and designed, especially the proportion of public space is higher than before the remodeling, some residents often have doubts about this, which in turn affects their willingness to change. In view of this, this study conducts a satisfaction analysis on the public facilities in the metropolitan redevelopment community. Collect the necessary public facilities items through questionnaire survey. Understand the importance and satisfaction of public facilities from the perspective of urban residents. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the general awareness of the importance of public facilities among the residents of the research subjects is that the functions, such as the administrator's room, and the practical facilities, such as the mailbox area, have the highest evaluation of cognition and satisfaction. The awareness and satisfaction of recreational public facilities such as swimming pools and KTV rooms is relatively low. It is hoped to provide a planning reference for public facilities during future metropolitan changes and constructions, give full play to the real effects of public facilities, and achieve the optimization of the overall space. |
