Traditional judicial trust includes three basic levels of cognitive trust based on knowledge of the judicial system, judicial institutions, the behaviour of judicial workers and other internal knowledge of justice, emotional trust based on the operation of justice to meet the self sense of fairness, sense of justice and other emotional expectations, and trust based on the beliefs generated by the established external experience of justice and judicial emotions. In intelligent judicial activities, due to the objective attributes of“technological trust”, the rational component of trust generation is strengthened and amplified, while the emotional and belief components are weakened accordingly. Achieving the development, application, assessment and regulation of technology through institutional norms, enhancing the mobility of the judiciary in the process of using technology, adhering to the instrumental attributes of technology, building an institutionalized communication platform and maintaining positive interaction and communication with the public, and restraining and guiding the publicity of the new media are important aspects of constructing the trust of the intelligent justice. |
