高職技術人力的供需實況與調整職業教育的改進計畫--高雄市職業教育及職補教育的調查與規畫

本文雖是一種透過實的調查與推計的研究，卻在研究問題的形成與處理的過程中，直接或問接地接受教育經濟學有關的理論與研究之引導、啟示，在本文緒論中，擬先解釋本研究的主要問題與教育經濟學的理論之間的關連，並說明本研究的目的，方法、與範圍。其後，本文將根據高雄市職業學校（包括高中職業類科）和職業補習學校二者與人力運用的供需關係，而提出高雄市業教育應有的規畫與調整。

The principal objective of this study is to develop a long-term city plan for secondary vocational education programs in Kaohsiung. This plan is based upon surveys of occupation-education information of present local labor market， and projections of replacement needs in junior technical manpower for a ten-year period from 1978 until 1987. In order to achieve this objective， different forms of research method are used in this study for the purposes of formulating and elaborating the main problem，
