This study aims to explore how the pilot schools in Taichung Technical High School promote and implement the Technical and Vocational Bilingual policy with the assistance of the county and city government and the operation of the teacher professional development community, and explore the participation of school administrators and teachers in Technical and Vocational Bilingual teaching to understand its promotion process and strategies. This study adopts a qualitative research as a design orientation, sampling four public and private technical high schools under the jurisdiction of Taichung City, to gain an in-depth understanding of how the pilot schools specifically implement the Technical and Vocational Bilingual policy and teaching, analyze the process of promoting Technical and Vocational Bilingualism, summarize their policy effectiveness and difficulties, and put forward forward-looking actions based on the research results as a reference for institutions of educational administration to promote the policy in the future. |
