從眷村、眷村保存到眷村文化保存與活化再利用：幾個概念的釐清與討論

Chuan-Tsuan, Chuan-Tsuan Preservation and Cultural Preservation and Revitalization of Chuan-Tsuan: A Conceptual Exploration

本文探討眷村、眷村保存、眷村文化保存與活化再利用等三個概念，關注未來眷村（文化）保存的限制與可能。首先，相較於經常指涉的建物房舍和居住空間，本文聚焦居住者的人口與社會經濟特徵，除了區分三種不同的眷村類型，也希望凸顯眷村的歷史起源和社會意義，避免以一種去脈絡化的方式來認識眷村。其次，為了探究眷村保存的成果與限制，作者選擇從眷村的拆遷與改建出發，關心目前眷村保存可能出現一種失真的歷史認知和扁平的社會再現。最後，本文分析幾種可能阻礙眷村文化保存的結構性原因，提出「同濟之家」的理念，篩整「療癒、平行、中途」作為理解眷村文化的核心面向，提供未來眷村文化保存與活化再利用的參考。

This paper presents a conceptual exploration of Chuan-Tsuan, its preser¬vation, and cultural preservation and revitalization. Initially, the paper shifts focus from the commonly discussed architectural and spatial aspects of Ch¬uan-Tsuan to its varied nature and the sociodemographic characteristics of its residents. Subsequently, the paper underscores the need to examine the recon¬struction history of Chuan-Tsuan to effectively engage in discussions about its preservation challenges and opportunities. Finally, this paper highlights several structural difficulties associated with the cultural preservation of Ch-uan-Tsuan. It identifies the concepts of therapy, parallelism, and mid-way as core dimensions of Chuan-Tsuan culture, advocating for a“home-of-reciproc¬ity”approach as a fresh perspective on the cultural preservation and revital¬ization of Chuan-Tsuan.
