This paper presents a conceptual exploration of Chuan-Tsuan, its preser¬vation, and cultural preservation and revitalization. Initially, the paper shifts focus from the commonly discussed architectural and spatial aspects of Ch¬uan-Tsuan to its varied nature and the sociodemographic characteristics of its residents. Subsequently, the paper underscores the need to examine the recon¬struction history of Chuan-Tsuan to effectively engage in discussions about its preservation challenges and opportunities. Finally, this paper highlights several structural difficulties associated with the cultural preservation of Ch-uan-Tsuan. It identifies the concepts of therapy, parallelism, and mid-way as core dimensions of Chuan-Tsuan culture, advocating for a“home-of-reciproc¬ity”approach as a fresh perspective on the cultural preservation and revital¬ization of Chuan-Tsuan. |
