The Literature of ShuGuo ZhengQi is the work of Deng Zhimo, a literati in the late -Ming Dynasty. It was published by Cuiqing-tang in Fu-jian during the Tian-Qi period (1624). The book is divided into three volumes. The plot of the novel; the middle volume and the second volume contain vegetable and fruit poems written by Chinese literati in the past dynasties.”From the perspective of editing techniques, the book covers a variety of vegetable and fruit varieties and allusions, and divides vegetable and fruit poems into volumes, which has the characteristics of data collection and extensiveness. ShuGuo ZhengQi was spread eastward during the Edo period. The book contains a wealth of vegetable and fruit categories, literary works, and garden knowledge, satisfying the Japanese people’s search for knowledge systems and precious things. In 1829 (1829), the Japanese block edition published in Kyoto was the most widely circulated, which was influenced by the“Kyobo Reform”and the gardening trend.Nukina Kaioku pointed out that this book has the characteristics of“explaining the allusions of the Names of Things”and“Gardening Methods”. The phenomenon of reception and dissemination also echoed the social atmosphere and academic trends of the time. |
