台灣出版產業應對新冠疫情衝擊營運轉型個案研究

A Case Study of Taiwan's Publishing Industry in Response to the Impact of Epidemic on Business Transformation

台灣出版業者在疫情期間逐漸改變原先產業運作模式，除單方接受有關政府部門紓困補助外，台灣地區城邦出版集團、時報出版集團、三民書局與萬卷樓圖書公司分別將疫情下轉型與努力，分別以“補助外的各自努力”、“疫情後的下一步策略”與“台灣出版的優化途徑”三大部分，陳述新冠疫情衝擊下運營轉型的具體作法。

Taiwan’s publishing industry has gradually changed its original industrial operation mode during the epidemic. In addition to unilaterally accepting relief subsidies from relevant government departments, Taiwan City State Publishing Group, Times Publishing Group, Sanmin Publishing Co., Ltd. Efforts, respectively in three parts: ''Efforts other than subsidies'', ''Next step strategy after the epidemic'' and ''Optimization methods for publishing in Taiwan'', to describe the specific methods of operational transformation under the impact of the new crown epidemic.
