With the continuous maturity of technology and the gradual reduction of cultural paper, the field of packaging and printing has become the focus of competition among major companies. In this area, a variety of dazzling materials and special printing techniques have great advantages. On the other hand, with the continuous improvement of color requirements of designers and brand owners, international printing color standard certification seems to have become the minimum threshold for this industry. Although a lot of research has been done on the printing color management of common paper materials, and standardized methods have been developed, there are relatively few related process researches on the color performance of highgloss materials. Most of the current research focuses on dot gain, and different materials have a great influence on printing color. Therefore, this study will use vacuum aluminum-coated paper as the experimental substrate with specular reflection light, and conduct colorimetric analysis on it; this study is divided into two parts. The first part compares the specular reflection light (SPIN) and does not include specular The relationship between reflection (SPEX) and general coated paper's chromaticity parameters and color difference in each main color, and use regression analysis to establish equations for the main components of chromaticity and color difference. It can be found that there is a high correlation between the L parameter and the color difference, and the a*b* value depends on whether the hue of the color is located in different quadrants of the chromaticity coordinates; the second part is to add gloss data to analyze C, M, The relationship between the principal components of each color of Y and K and the glossiness, and use the regression analysis to establish the equation. |
